Meadow Hills HOA Sept 2026 Update

Hello Meadow Hills HOA Homeowners! We have several events coming up in the next few weeks so please mark the dates below on your calendars!

Neighborhood Garage Sale: Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12. Signs will be out announcing the event about a week ahead of the dates.

Annual Block Party: Saturday, September 12, Time: 4 PM to 8 PM, Location: 3412 Bryn Mawr Drive. Food, beverages, and snacks are provided! We are also working to rent a "bouncy house" again this year, for the kids. Come on out and eat, drink, and visit with your HOA neighbors!

Dumpster Day: Saturday, September 19, 8 AM to 4 PM. Please check the HOA website main page for a list of items that CANNOT be put in the dumpster.

HOA 2026 DUES: About 70% of our HOA 2026 dues have been collected. If you have not paid your $50 dues for his year, please do so ASAP. We will be sending out reminder mailings to those who have not yet paid.

A Reminder About Our Community: As we continue working to make our neighborhood a place we can all be proud to call home, we would like to offer a friendly reminder of the responsibilities we share as members of the HOA.

Our bylaws and community rules are designed to help us maintain our homes and properties, protect property values, and preserve a neighborhood that is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. We ask everyone to do their part by keeping their dwelling and surrounding property properly maintained and by following the rules that we have established together.

Just as important, we encourage everyone to remember that a neighborhood is more than houses and property—it is a community of people. Please be considerate and respectful of your neighbors. A little patience, courtesy, and willingness to work together can go a long way toward making our neighborhood a friendly and enjoyable place for everyone.

We also want to be clear that the HOA has a responsibility to all of its members to uphold the bylaws and community standards. Residents who repeatedly disregard the established requirements will be contacted and given notice of the issue. If the matter is not addressed, the HOA will take the appropriate measures provided for under our bylaws and governing documents.

Our goal is not to create conflict or unnecessarily burden anyone. Our goal is to maintain a clean, attractive, well-kept, and friendly community for everyone. When each of us pitches in, respects the rules, and treats our neighbors with courtesy, everyone benefits.
