HOA Meeting: Tuesday June 11, 2024 at Walnut Gardens Community of Christ,19201 East

R. D. Mize Rd. Independence, Mo, on June 11, 2024 at 7pm.

 

Neighborhood Garage Sale: Friday Sept 13 2024 and Saturday Sept 14 2024

 

Block Party: Sat Sept 14 2024 with backup day of Sat Sept 21. 2023

Dumpster Day: Saturday Oct 19 2024, (We will be going down to one day and one dumpster. )

Dumpster Days Info:

Meadow Hills HOA will provide dumpsters for our homeowners.

 

The one 40-yard dumpster will be available on Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm or until the dumpster is full. First come first serve.

It will be located at the Meadow Hills Common Area on East 34th Street South between Bryn S Mawr Dr and Gateway Dr.  Directly behind 3400 S Bryn Mawr Dr.

 

The dumpster may not be filled over the top and the following materials may not be placed into the dumpsters:  

• hazardous materials

• aggregates

• paints

• solvents

• oil

• concrete

• rocks

• bricks

• dirt

• lath

• plaster

• car tires

• large  appliances (Stove, Dryer, etc)

• Yard waste.  (Grass Clippings, Leaves, Branches, etc)

All materials will be inspected prior to placing into the dumpsters.

Proof of residency will be required (driver's license, utility bill, etc)

The dumpsters will be under video surveillance at all times.

 

Anyone caught putting unapproved materials into the dumpsters will be fined and excluded from future dumpster events.
