The meeting minutes for the 2024 HOA meeting have been added to the website under the Documents section.
The 2022 City Council agenda where the Redwood Development was approved was also added to the website. Starting on page 20 it contains all the documentation needed for the cities approval. This includes documentation on the type of housing, structure maps, street planning, open area and sewer and retention basin designs.
